Its key businesses include Snapdeal, a value-focused lifestyle e-commerce marketplace; Unicommerce, which provides e-commerce enablement SaaS solutions through businesses such as Uniware, Shipway and Convertway; and Stellaro Brands, which operates consumer brands including Rangita.
The company aims to use proceeds from the fresh issue towards marketing and business promotion expenses for its marketplace business, technology infrastructure and general corporate purposes.
